Resort Policies

Pricing: Rates listed are for 1 or 2 guests per room. Additional guests are charged $25.00 per night. We charge for children ages 4 and up. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposits: Reservations must be secured by a deposit of one night’s lodging in advance. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Minimum Stays: There is a 2 night minimum on weekends from May through October and a 3 (or 4) night minimum (as appropriate) for holidays and special events. Shorter stays may be permitted on a space available basis. There is no minimum stay requirement Monday through Thursday.

Check-in: Time is 3pm to 7pm. Please arrange for late arrival in advance.

Check-out: Time is 11am. Exceptions only upon request AND can be subject to additional charges.

Day Use: Sorry, but due to the intimate size of our property, we do not permit day usage to anyone other than our checked-in guests. Upon check-out you will need to exit the property.

Parking: Due to size constraints, parking is limited to one vehicle per room. There is street parking available nearby.

Smoking: Sonoma County ordinance restricts smoking to designated areas that are a minimum of 25 feet away from any of the buildings. Smoking in any of the rooms will incur an automatic $100 penalty.

Children: Are always welcome (ages 3 and under stay free).

Pets: We have seven pet friendly rooms and if one is available during your requested stay an additional $25/night pet fee is assessed. If booking online, please indicate you are bringing your pet. Please call if you have any questions.

Visitors: We’re sorry, but we do not allow outside visitors without prior approval. Additional fees may apply. Drop-offs & pick-ups excepted.

Cancellations: To receive a deposit refund, a 7 day notice is required. A $25 processing fee will be assessed.

Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departures and/or unused nights.

Discounts: We offer discounts for the following: AAA, AARP, and active Military. You must be able to provide proof upon check-in and you MUST mention it when booking over the telephone or in the "Notes" section when booking online. Discounts and other special offers cannot be combined and are not retroactively applied.
